HOLY PROPHET DANIEL 4483 The Prophet Daniel lived about 500 BC and was a part of the people made captive by King Nebuchadnezzar when Israel was forcibly brought into Babylon. Daniel later correctly interpreted a dream of the king, and was then rewarded to live as a prince in the king’s house. When Prophet Daniel did not follow the impious command of idolatory to worship a golden idol of the king, he was thrown into a lion’s den. Daniel remained completely unharmed.
